Detailed explanation about my Son's DIY Pressure Washing Rig.
This is a DIY Pressure Washing Rig which has been used to complete around 200 pressure washing job! We created and designed this rig ourselves on top of a 5' x 10' general purpose trailer.
The main pressure washing engine is powered by a Honda GX 630 with electric start. The pressure washing pump is connected to the Honda GX630 using gear drive capable of pumping out 6 gallons per minute.
Here are the all the list of parts on this pressure washing trailer/rig:
Honda GX630 with 6 GPM pump: ~$2400 (used)
20" MI-T-M Surface cleaner: $350 -
6 Gallon Fuel Tank with Kit: $60-$100 -
275 gallon liquid tote: $50-$150 (used) -
Pressure Washer Water Filter: $15 (new) -
High Pressure hose 250 ft: $300 (new) -
High Pressure hose reel: $600 -
Water hose 100 ft: $80 -
Water hose reel: $175 -
5' x 10' Trailer: $800 (used - check your local offerup / craigslist)
Pump sprayer: $10 - $15 (new) -
Rubber Boots: $10 - $20 (new) -
Total cost: ~$5,300
