Sonam Raghuvanshi's two mangalsutras : Shilom James, a co-accused and property dealer in the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case, has made several serious revelations on Sonam Raghuvanshi. According to the Shillong police, Shilom confessed that she destroyed evidence at the behest of Sonam and Raj Kushwaha. This included burning a bag belonging to Sonam, which contained Rs 5 lakh in cash, jewellery, clothes and a country-made pistol. Shilom also revealed that she took the step on the advice of a policeman. Moreover, she moved Sonam's jewellery from Indore to Ratlam, where her in-laws live, from where the police later recovered Sonam and Raja's jewellery. Shilom also revealed that Sonam stayed at her flat after the murder.

Govind also claimed that he wants to meet Sonam before Rakshabandhan to find out the truth of the matter. सोनम रघुवंशी के मामले में उनके भाई गोविंद ने हाल ही में दो मंगलसूत्रों को लेकर कुछ खुलासे किए हैं, जो मेघालय के चर्चित राजा रघुवंशी हत्याकांड से जुड़े हैं। विभिन्न स्रोतों के अनुसार, गोविंद ने कहा कि सोनम के बैग में दो मंगलसूत्र मिले, जिनमें से एक को राजा के भाई विपिन ने पहचान लिया, जो राजा ने सोनम को दिया था। दूसरा मंगलसूत्र किसका है, इस पर अभी सवाल उठ रहे हैं, और यह मामला जांच में एक नया मोड़ ला रहा है। गोविंद ने यह भी दावा किया कि वह रक्षाबंधन से पहले सोनम से मिलना चाहते हैं ताकि मामले की सच्चाई का पता लगाया जा सके। कुछ खबरों में गोविंद ने सोनम को बेकसूर बताया और कहा कि दो मंगलसूत्रों की बात अफवाह हो सकती है।

शिलोम ने यह भी संकेत दिया कि सोनम ने राजा की हत्या की साजिश रची थी, और जांच में दो मंगलसूत्र मिलने से पुलिस को आशंका है कि सोनम की पहली शादी हो चुकी थी। इसके साथ ही, शिलोम ने एक पुलिस अधिकारी और एक वकील का नाम लिया, जिन्होंने कथित तौर पर सबूत हटाने में उस पर दबाव डाला। शिलोम के ससुराल में सोनम का बैग और लैपटॉप भी बरामद हुआ, जिसमें आपत्तिजनक सामग्री होने का दावा किया गया है। ये खुलासे जांच में नए आयाम जोड़ रहे हैं, और पुलिस को शक है कि शिलोम और सोनम के बीच अवैध संबंध भी हो सकते हैं, जैसा कि राजा के भाई विपिन रघुवंशी ने भी दावा किया है।
