So it seems East African artists are being shutout from music festivals in the United States. If you take a look at the lineup of artists at the various spring and summer festivals including the Coachella Festival and the Afro Nation Festival amongst many others, it's clear that East Africans are very rarely booked at these major festivals.Why could that be?
