The Canadian Badlands stretch mostly along the Red Deer River in Alberta, between the Dinosaur Provincial Park and Drumheller.
The Dinosaur Provincial Park is a recognised UNESCO World Heritage site: "In addition to its particularly beautiful scenery, Dinosaur Provincial Park – located at the heart of the province of Alberta's badlands – contains some of the most important fossil discoveries ever made..." (unesco.org).
Drumheller area is another place famous for its Badlands and for the multiple Dinosaur findings.
