Hi guys! This week I show y'all how to make 2 different types of Police lights (Circuits). The first Police light is a very basic flashing circuit that makes two pairs of blue and red LEDs switch between each other. The other Police bar light is just a bit more complex in terms of connections to make, has two groups of four red and blue LEDs that switch between each other and blink at the same time to give it a more realistic flashing look.

Components needed for the first set of Police lights:
(x2) BC547 NPN transistors -
(x2) 470 Ohm resistors -
(x2) 47K Ohm resistors - (also found in resistor kit)
(x2) 47µF capacitors -
(x2) Blue LEDs -
(x2) Red LEDs - (also found in LED kit)
(x1) 3x4cm Zero PCB -
(x1) 9-12V battery -

Components needed for the second set of Police lights:
(x2) NE555 Timer chip -
(x1) 1µF Electrolytic Capacitor -
(x1) 0.1µF Ceramic capacitor -
(x1) 680K ohm resistor -
(x1) 1M ohm resistor - (also found in resistor kit)
(x1) 2x8cm Zero PCB -
(x1) 9-12V battery (NO MORE THAN 12V) -
