Had to make a few assumptions but here's my math:

Main floor: 12,705 sq ft
Second floor: 5,000 sq ft
Basement (2 floors): 25,000 sq ft

For ease I just rounded to 42,000 sq ft.

The big question though, is there any gold in there?
