The Welsh Dragon would want to take over the whole UK, but would start with funding hooligans to wreak havoc in the UK, and would quickly take them with the help of the Ireland. Their next target would be France, and with Ireland joining them, this would be a big trap. The Irish would be betrayed, and would get destroyed by France, leaving them open, and free for Wales to take them over.
