Eldrim was an idea conceived in the midst of the historical surroundings of the Borre park and its grave mounds.
Eldrim's music is dark, beautiful and somber.They carry the northern traditions through stories, moods, sound and tones rooted in Scandinavian history and folk music, with the thought of how life could have been in the viking age as foundation. The images are brought to life through their simplistic, melancolic melodies and vocals and the use of instruments inspired by archaeological findings throughout Europe.
Eldrim has finally finished their concept album «Kvile» (Rest) and will perform all the songs from their album at Midgadsblot Metal Festival's Kick off, June 8th, at Artilleriverkstedet in Horten (Norway)
