(In Las Venturas) There is no pilot, which isn´t a surprise. It is a little detail that could have been changed in the Definitive Edition. The helicopters fly very low and in this multistorey car park the helicopters seem to get stuck inside of it(they can still fly away as they sucessfully try it many times) because they follow the player till where they can. They seem indestructible as if they can go through textures and concrete, but this is not totally true as they also blow up from this. The heli´s rotor blades are indestructible from the looks of it.
