Here’s another monochromatic painting to go with the series I’m doing of small works. I’ve been finding that doing small paintings is almost like sketching and has been giving me more freedom to try out new things. My larger paintings used to take me months if not years to finish. Of course the consequence of tiny work is wanting to do something big next, like mural big but I don’t get those opportunities like I used to. Painting in the fall/winter is best for me for that as well so maybe fate will throw me a project.
