I’ve had the idea to make this Christmas Angel cake for years, but I knew it would be a lot of work, so I’ve been postponing it. This time, I decided to go for it, and I love the finished cake!I was inspired by vintage Christmas angel figurines made of porcelain, which is why the cake is decorated with ivory fondant and touches of gold. I also added a bit of green to incorporate the original color of the Barbie doll (which, after 26 years, was still in pristine condition 😬 until I opened it to make the cake 🤷🏻♀️ ).
