The Secretary General of NATO said Wednesday morning that the blast in Poland was likely caused by a Ukrainian air defense missile, not a Russian missile. "This is not Ukraine's fault, Russia bears ultimately responsibility as it continues its illegal war against Ukraine," he said. NBC's Molly Hunter reports for TODAY.
