Project 86 was one of the aliases of How & Little (Howie How & Little Carlos) who had an unmistakably "New York" underground sound. All of their 12's on the legendary Nu Groove records especially are gems. It's obvious that their influences were similar to those of the equally legendary Frankie Bones.(Nu Groove, 1990)
