How should you listen to this?
It's preferable to listen to this in a quiet and calm environment. Closing your eyes will help your brainwaves entrain to these lower frequencies.
We normally produce more delta wave activity when we sleep, when the body does most of its healing. I recommend listening to this during the daytime to help increase the amount of delta wave activity and its potential healing effects.
You can either listen to the isochronic tones on their own or while listening to a different music track.
How loud should the volume be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.
