The isochronic tones used in this track will help to increase more delta wave activity and in particular, frequencies associated with healing, rejuvenation and aiding recovery from injuries.

How should you listen to this?
It's preferable to listen to this in a quiet and calm environment. If you close your eyes, that will make it easier for your brainwaves to entrain to these lower frequencies.
We normally produce more delta wave activity when we sleep, which is when the body does most of its healing. I recommend listening to this during the daytime, to help increase the amount of delta wave activity and its potential healing effects.
You can either listen to the isochronic tones on their own or while listening to a different music track.
How loud should the volume be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.
