For the five members of the Ocala, Florida, metalcore band Wage War, the records that they consider crucial to both their own tastes and the broader genre range from cross-generational titans like Metallica and Slipknot to acts who helped define the sounds of the mid-2000s til now, such as As I Lay Dying and A Day to Remember.
