This video shows the Softrock RXTX working with a signal amplifier made by RM (KL 203-P). Actually it is a Linear Amplifier with signal amplifier function.
This test shows how the CB signal station can be improved when the KL 203-P start working.
It is important to note that the test is being done indoors with a magnetic loop antenna. The propagation was not so good for the 11 meters this day.

In first analysis it does not seem to make much sense to use a magnetic loop antenna with SDR because it has a high "Q". In other words, its bandwidth is very narrow, opposing some of the best characteristics of the SDR that is able to monitor a wide spectrum of frequencies in receiving mode.
But in my case, the magnetic loop antenna has been a good option for SDR operation indoors.
