Oh yeah, if you remembered playing one of the Mario & Sonic games in Japanese, then you'll notice that not only does the Announcer not say "Dr.", but the pronunciation of saying "man" is different because of what I just said a second ago, it's pronounced as "Eggmin". This was obviously changed in the Western versions of the games.
