Israel-Hamas ceasefire: Gazans return to destroyed homes

With the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas now in effect, Gazans are finally able to return to what’s left of their homes.

Journalists on the ground are now also able to access the area and share images of places that were – until today – mostly cut off.

While relieved at the potential end to the conflict, many residents are returning to find their homes reduced to rubble.
