Herein is an exciting update on the invention of a permanent magnet motor. Adding a balancing glass flywheel and adjusting the timing got the crankshaft running nearly 360 degrees! Magnet configurations and flywheels were also tried; valuable insights learned for the next version. Next, I work on a multi-cylinder prototype or reinvestigate linear motion.
