The piano part of this song was in my head for such a long time, so I finally decided to build a song around it, Dunes came to live and was destined to be recorded in a livesetting instead of a normal spotify release ("first"). After alot of rainy days there was finally a sunrise window with no rain and wind. Woke up at 4am and drove down there to prepare for the sunrise. Heavy clouds, rain and even small wind hoses were coming closer over the sea which was the perfect setting for this music piece. The footage and liveset was shot in the dunes/nature park next to my home city The Hague.
