Made up of dancers aged between 11–81, The Exchange invites you into the rehearsal room for a candid glimpse into the unique collaboration between Sadler’s Wells Company of Elders and ZooNation Youth Company for Elixir Festival 2024.

Through hip hop dance and personal stories, generations intertwine to craft a show like no other. Join us behind-the-scenes to witness the beauty of intergenerational exchange, showcasing the invaluable lessons we learn from one another and the transformative power of dance in uniting generations.
