Before professionals arrive, onlookers make an effort to put out the fire in a restaurant and break open the air duct using sledgehammers to get to the flames. Their attempts to aid by putting in fire extinguisher foam only makes things worse by fueling the dangerous grease fire already burning in the ventilation system which shows the hazard of unprofessional firefighting.
