Reps, reps, reps, and more reps. Get ready for a fun challenge in Exercise No. 13 as we got at 90 BPM for the first time in this series. While this is fast compared to what we have been doing, it is actually a very normal tempo. Most popular music is between 80-140 BPM. So don't think about it as fast, think about it as normal. As always you are welcome to adjust your own metronome settings to faster or slower, find what works for you!
