I demonstrate an original instrument I have constructed, Demonic Phylactery: Mahalat, a harsh noise synthesizer. Made from acid etched copper chains and acid etched copper plates, The Demon Queen Mahalat resides inside this phylactery box, connect her chains to hear her roar.

This synthesizer is housed in a black metal enclosure, is accessible via a 1/4" input jack, and is powered with 9v center negative power. Each plate is connected to two oscillators, and each chain is a binary divider up to 64 divisions, making for a total of 6 oscillators and two binary dividers. The oscillators are tunable via trimpots on the chipboard.
