4 small tomatillos
3 Serrano peppers (optional)
3 mini sweet peppers
1/3 small onion (small diced)
2 large garlic cloves
Small bunch chopped cilantro
2 tsp Chicken Bouillon
Salt as needed
3 fine chopped thin bacon slices (fried)
Freshly grated Monterrey Jack Cheese (or your favorite) as needed

CORN MASA INGREDIENTS ___________
1 C. Maseca corn flour (gold bag)
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 C. Warm water (as needed)
