The album version appeared in 1975 and ran at 113 BPM, there was some suggestion this was sped up. It definitely was sped up for the CD singles series were it ran at 122 BPM. I have been informed by somebody who has acute hearing for these things that the version in this upload which runs at 111 BPM is probably the correct sped, based on the James Brown's vocals.

Certainly listening to the LP cut then the singles series version, the sped change is obvious.
I'll let you decide regarding this upload and original LP release.
