Many locations in the game are designed in a way that standard moveset can't get you OOB. That's when Corner Climbs and Wallruns come into play. They allow you to chain climbs and runs *on the outside of a corner* , but today I'm covering Corner WallRuns specifically, as they are much easier to do.
The game is more forgiving about Wallruns than you'd think. You can still do a wallrun even if you're not touching the ground anymore, if you press the jump key a little too late. You can also jump off of a wallrun even when technically you're not touching the wall anymore.
This way you have a small window to jump into the wall right at the end of a wallrun. It won't allow you to climb on the same wall, as MEC has a surface detection system that prevents it from happening, but if you do this right on a corner... you can do a CWR (Corner WallRun).
Keep turning your camera into the wall while wallrunning, then jump as late as you can, while still turning the camera.
If you jump too late, Faith will just drop off a wall, and if you dont turn fast enough, you will jump around the corner, but won't do a CWR.
For starters, it's best to try to do your first CWR on a shallow corner, as it makes it much easier to do, and proceed to sharper and sharper angles. The sharper the angle, the more you have to turn the camera.
Eventually, you will be able to CWR on a 90 degree corner, but with experience, you can even do it on corners with steeper angles!
