Dont see these often. This one was in rough shape. Filter caps had been changed in the past, but not so great of a job. The coupling caps were old Bumblebees and leaking DC. Pretty much a full cap job resolved the issues. One 6V6 was broken. The 12AX7 had a broken pin. Yep, it needed help. D-lab is here for your tube amp repair needs.
