This one was shot completely in front of a bluescreen with a little snow-set where they were sitting. I removed the blue, tracked the background and changed it to this lake-setting. Of course it wasn't cold enough to make the breathing look natural so that one had to be done in post as well. The fish wasn't alive and been tangled with three cords which had to be removed out of the shots.
