Each time he visits, he brings her food and water. She's always happy to see him. But as you can see, she can no longer take care of herself well. She often eat spoiled food and sometimes skip meals. She is confused about time.
She thought it was early in the morning when it was still 3 pm. The man fed her, you can tell how grateful she was and how happy she was to have him there. But she also felt guilty because she's taking his time and resources away that he should use on his own family.
This woman had many kids. They either all died or live far and don't visit her. She's given her life to her husband and kids but now she's all alone. There are many like her.
