EP Release:
Simulacrum EP follows Quizzik's first release through 6 Plusten Records with the mission to uncover our sometimes superficial and naive perception of the world. Resembling a small Journey to the unknown, the opening track, »S_cr_t Und_rgr__nd Sh_t«, is about the initial excitement on the first discoveries of the trip being frustrated by the encounter with a raw and dark reality. Basque filmmaker Future Tragedy translated it on video through the ruthless fates of wildlife and nature. The second song, »Simulacrum«, shares the recent new comprehension of the fake reality we´re all immersed in, where the status quo operates behind masks. The last piece, »Inner Self Dive«, is the much needed learning process phase, in order to break paradigms and preconceptions to mature ourselves.

Artist Bio:
Quizzik is a brazilian producer and DJ dedicated to experimental electronic music, electro and soundtrack composing, who has also been part of the electronic duo DeltaFoxx, wich played live shows in the US & Brazil and had recognition by media outputs like Les Inrockuptibles (FR), Dancing Astronaut and Impose Magazine with it´s tracks and remixes released on imprints such as Electronic Rumors (UK), Epidemic House Music (SWE), Brazilian Disco Club via THUMP/VICE and Crunchy Music (BR). In 2021 he returned to his electro and IDM roots, releasing a remix for ^L_ via Berlin´s Antime and 4 tracks on the brazilian avant-garde label 6 Plusten Records, wich were supported by radio shows such as the celebrated austrian FM4 La Boum De Luxe hosted by Sebastian Schlachter & Patrick Pulsinger and Manchester´s Reform Radio Lift Music program by DJ Tukatz, channels like HATELab, Tracklistings and respected IDM oriented media Igloo Magazine.
