BISCUIT RECIPE :
Mix 150gr (5 oz) of softened butter and 1 egg. Add 90gr (3,5 oz) of icing sugar and 10gr (1/2 oz) of coconut sugar (or cane sugar). Slowly add 280gr (10 oz) of flour. Roll into a ball and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 F). Roll out the dough and cut your shapes. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the biscuits are just golden on the edges.
ROYAL ICING RECIPE :
Beat 125gr (4 1/2 oz) of icing sugar with 1 egg white, in high for 10 minutes.
