WE COOK FROM SIMPLE PRODUCTS, JUICY, LUSH, DIETARY

WE TAKE:
🔹chicken breast 300 gr
🔹carrot
🔹 onion 1 pc
🔹 bay leaf 1-2
🔹 black peppercorns 5-7
🔹 garlic 1-2 cloves
🔹 curd cheese 1 tbsp
🔹 spices to taste: I have smoked paprika, nutmeg, Adyghe salt

WE DO:
✅ boil chicken breast with peeled carrots, onions, bay leaves, pepper and salt to taste until fully cooked from 1 hour or more
✅ mash the finished carrots and breast into fibers with a fork. For the best texture, I recommend running half through a blender to the consistency of a pâté, and finely chop the other half with a knife. Add broth to desired rieta density.
✅ add spices to the meat to taste, chopped garlic, curd cheese
✅ put in a tight container and cool well. Serve sprinkled with fragrant oil as an appetizer.

* such a riet can be prepared from any part of chicken or fish, the main thing is to boil it well and keep the texture of the meat, dividing it into fibers
* when served as a snack, you can sprinkle with seeds or ground nuts, go well with vegetable sticks, bread and bruschetta
* you can replace cottage cheese with butter
