
Here's a recipe for crispy and delicious soaked moong pakoda
Ingredients:
1/2 cup moong dal (mung beans)
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Potato, grated
2 Green chili, chopped
1 inch Ginger, chopped
Few Coriander leaves
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
2 to 3 table spoon Rice flour
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
