📝 Ingredients:
• Beef — 500 g
• Onion — 250 g
• Tomatoes — 250 g
• Carrot — 150 g
• Bell pepper — 150 g
• Turnip — 150 g
• Potato — 100 g
• Garlic — 4 cloves
• Rice — 2 tbsp
• Water — 2 liters
• Ground coriander, paprika, salt — to taste
• Vegetable oil — for frying
• Fresh herbs — to serve
🍳 Cooking steps:
1. Heat oil in a pot and lightly fry the garlic.
2. Add diced beef, fry until the moisture evaporates and it gets a light crust.
3. Add chopped onion, cook for 5 minutes until soft.
4. Stir in tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add carrot, bell pepper, turnip, and potato.
6. Mix well, season with spices, fry for a couple more minutes.
7. Pour in 2 liters of water, bring to a boil.
8. Add rinsed rice, cover, and cook until done.
9. Finish with fresh herbs. Done!
