The International Graduate Programme has been launched as part of Ferrovial Services’ bet on Talent. It is a project that seeks to incorporate professionals with great potential into our company to fill key positions in managing the business. After a thorough selection process (which had more than 2,000 applicants) 14 Graduates of six different nationalities have finally joined Ferrovial Services. Participants will have a specific development plan that will combine rotations in different areas of activity of the company and different development actions: including an induction programme, training schedule and mentoring.
