Hello beautiful people. I am happy right now but my depression caught up on me a few weeks ago. I was running from away from it for months and I eventually got tired. It’s June and the world is vivid and warm. Nature, outdoors and the beach are my escape and wind down place. But now it’s getting so crowded and loud, I feel trapped. This feeling sticks to me whatever I do wherever I am. I want to run away, that’s what I know best. The illusion tells me it’s going to fix things. But it’s not going to solve the problems or get me anywhere near where I want to be.
I want to be connected, safe and loved. I feel none of these things and running away probably won’t help because up until now it never has.
Sharing this little tape with you brings me joy, as always. I am a happy soul and free spirit. I‘ll be fine and you will be too.
