Scanfil, located in Sieradz, specializes in advanced PCB (Printed Circuit Board) production. Components are stored in a controlled environment to protect them from moisture, with an air drying system providing quick access to 90,000 SMT spools and 25,000 THT components. Assembly then begins, with components placed precisely on the boards. A screen printer applies solder paste, and automated machines arrange the components. Following soldering and quality checks, additional components are adjusted manually and with robots.
