I've been in this industry for 20+ years and here's the one mistake I see repeated over and over.
Restaurants don't understand that they are only as good as the last meal that they serve. If you are serving a product that isn't quality, why would people waste their time and money coming back for it?
The restaurant industry is only getting more competitive, so you've got to keep your foot on the gas as you grow.
If you're not doing that, don't expect to be successful long-term.
