The South China Sea issue is weighing on Malaysia and Vietnam, as leaders of both countries meet for talks in Putrajaya. It is the Vietnamese leader's first official trip to Malaysia since being elected the head of his country's Communist Party in August. Afifah Ariffin reports from Kuala Lumpur.
