A simple Bette Davis quote from the 1949 film 'Beyond the Forest' — 'What a dump' — became a recurring line in the opening of the 1962 Edward Albee play 'Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf', which in turn was made legendary by Elizabeth Taylor's Academy Award winning performance in the 1966 movie version of the play.
