This video demonstrates the combination of structural and preservation rhinoplasty. A classical osteotomy is performed on the right and left sides, but the upper part of the nasal dorsum, at the junction of the bony and cartilaginous segments, is lowered using a preservation technique. This is achieved by removing the upper strip of the nasal septum and lowering the dorsum.
