Hi guys! In this video, I show y'all how to build your very own oscillating desk fan from scratch using a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) speed controller. This should keep you cool during the rest of the hot summer days!
P.S. Try to avoid having to use 2 adapters for this device, simply stick to using the 20V laptop adapter and a buck converter module to step down 20V to 5V~ for the oscillation motor.

On/Off Rocker switch (x1) -
XT60 20V female connector (x1) -
12V Barrel jack connector (x1) -
20V laptop adapter (x1) -
12V Adapter (x1) (not required, best use buck converter module to achieve 12V) -
LM2596 DC-DC Buck converter module (x1) -
Electrical wire 24AWG -
Cork (x1)
Bicycle spoke (x1) -
Skateboard bearing (x1) -
Washer (x1) -
Cheap pen (x1) -
Popsicle sticks (x3) -
3/4 inch PVC pipe - 4 inches tall (9cm)
