In this video I will show you how to make a basic wood joint but strong and beautiful. this wood joint called splined mitered butt joint; a splined butt joint is a basic butt joint where two pieces of wood meet directly at a 90-degree angle that has been reinforced by inserting thin strips of wood called "splines" into matching grooves cut into the ends of the wood pieces, significantly increasing the joint's strength by providing more glue surface area to hold the pieces together.
