Shows how to change factory default (normal) Sonoff SV (safe voltage) to ISOLATED mode. Isolated mode means the 2 output pins will not deliver any voltage from input. Output is completely disconnected from input. Instead output will be shorted together when switch is ON and disconnected with switch is OFF.
