This is the seventh in the series that defines and represents each energy center starting from the top down.

The "Root Chakra" or "Muladhara" is associated with dark red and a frequency of 396Hz to 428Hz (traditionally the latter). This Chakra is the Energy transfer point between us and Earth. It defines fundamental things such as Confidence, Stability, Comfort and our feeling of safety to name a few.

Here we have many drones and frequency stems that come together like calming magic along with soft vocals. This combination blocks out background noise and helps feel grounded and meditative.
