Betul is a simple and patient woman who lives in a small home with her sick twins. She has taken her life alone for many years, because her husband, a young engineer who once fell in love with her, betrayed her instead of her loyalty. Despite all the hardships, Betul is trying to keep his life and his children.

One day, he goes to the city with twins and Maral to order doors and windows for their home kitchen. But just the same day, in the park where Maral had gone to play, a bitter scene appears in front of Betul's eyes: the engineer is having fun with his second wife. Betul, who has endured pain and neglect for years, is confronted with anger and sadness. There is a heavy dispute between them; The engineer blames him for not reaching his children, while the child has brought the second woman to the park.
