
Who would've thought we'd be eating delicious tacos in Copenhagen?
Chef Rosio Sanchez in an incredible person, born and raised in Chicago (my hometown), she eventually found herself being the head pastry chef at the ICONIC Noma in Copenhagen, where after a couple years she decided to bring her delicious Mexican cooking to Copenhagen.
We also go up the stunning spiral at the Church of Our Savior (go prepared to climb many many stairs & with water) & fell in love with the pastries from Hart Bageri (which I now own their cookbook and may attempt making something soon).
