At the 2015 FIG World Championships, in the Beam Final, Sanne Wevers of the Netherlands knew her difficulty was too low when she received her score. She wrote out her correct difficulty score herself and had her coaches submit an enquiry to raise her score. The judges realized their mistake and raised her difficulty and final score by 0.1

She then went on to win the silver medal behind Simone Biles.
