A fellow purchased this Johnson Ranger 1 Ham transmitter on ebay. He had it shipped here for me to go over. The radio was shipped from Washington to me (MI), so it had lots of road time. As you will see in the video, the large bubble wrap protected the item. It would have been better double boxed, but it arrived in fine shape. The owner lives in CO. So, after I complete the restoration, it will be on the road again. Most people out there have no idea of how to properly pack items. If you can afford it, having a professional service is best (UPS store, etc). Good news is, its clean, no funny smells, no mods/butchering, knobs all turn.
